Mars Lan is the co-founder and CTO of Metaphor Data, a startup that offers a Modern Metadata Platform to solve many complex organizational data challenges, such as data discovery and data governance. He also co-created the popular open-source project DataHub while working as the Tech Lead of the metadata team at LinkedIn. Mars received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Prukalpa Sankar is the Co-founder of Atlan. Atlan is a modern data collaboration workspace (like Github for engineering or Figma for design). By acting as a virtual hub for data assets ranging from tables and dashboards to models & code, Atlan enables teams to create a single source of truth for all their data assets and collaborate across the modern data stack through deep integrations with tools like Slack, BI tools, data science tools and more. As a pioneer in the space, Atlan was recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in DataOps, as one of the top 3 companies globally.
Prukalpa previously co-founded SocialCops, a world-leading data-for-good company recognized as a New York Times Global Visionary and a World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer. SocialCops is behind landmark data projects, including India’s National Data Platform and SDGs global monitoring in collaboration with the United Nations.
Prukalpa was awarded the Economic Times Emerging Entrepreneur for the Year and recognized in multiple lists such as Forbes 30u30, Fortune 40u40, and Top 10 CNBC Young Business Women 2016.

Barr Moses is the CEO & co-founder of Monte Carlo, a data reliability company committed to accelerating the world’s data adoption by reducing Data Downtime. Monte Carlo is backed by Accel, GGV, and other top Silicon Valley investors, including the former Chief Data Scientist of the U.S., DJ Patil. Previously, Barr was VP Customer Operations at customer success company Gainsight, where she helped scale the company 10x in revenue and, among other functions, built the data/analytics team. Prior to that, Barr was a management consultant at Bain & Company and a research assistant at the Statistics Department at Stanford. She also served in the Israeli Air Force as a commander of an intelligence data analyst unit and graduated from Stanford University with a B.Sc. in Mathematical and Computational Science.
